Practice : Trainer will immerse participants in real-world challenges. They will stretch their comfort zones to include results-producing skills, activities and tasks. Objective is to encourage and teach individuals to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world situations.
Mastery : Trainer will observe the way class participants practice, learn and improve. This leads to master the competency learned and achieve breakthrough performance.
